• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days after processing is complete.
• Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination and seasonal logistics volumes.

4. Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number is emailed automatically once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, allowing you to follow its progress online.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we work to ensure timely delivery, external delays may occasionally happen due to severe weather, high shipping volumes, or customs processing. The Pet Pulse is not liable for carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you with tracking inquiries.
